How to use the mould correctly?

Injection molding and molding machine with the use of both indispensable. Correct use and careful maintenance of mold injection, to maintain the normal production of enterprises, improve enterprise efficiency, has a very important significance.
Several aspects should be noted.
I. adjustment of mold opening and closing speed and low pressure protection
In the process of mold opening or closing, the change of speed is based on "slow speed - fast - slow speed". In the process of mold closing, to ensure that the template can move without the principle of crawling behavior, the system pressure to make the moving template advance before the contact of the mold injection is set to the minimum.
Second, mold closing force adjustment
In normal production, according to the specific situation in the actual injection from low to high gradually adjust, in order to ensure that the plastic products meet the quality requirements, try to use low clamping force.
Third, the introduction of institutional adjustment
Introduction of plastic products seriously affect the quality of plastic products, must be carefully adjusted, do the following aspects.

Generally simple, small depth of plastic products can be set out once, and complex, depth of plastic products set two, or even three times.
3. Push speed
Speed and plastic raw materials, plastic products structure and mold temperature, the speed is too high easy to break plastic products, from low to high adjustment, in order not to damage the plastic products for the principle.
Iv. Mould injection temperature control
Mould injection temperature is closely related to the formed material and should be strictly controlled. On the one hand, the accuracy of the temperature control meter should be calibrated frequently; on the other hand, the working status of the instrument should be observed constantly to observe whether the cooling pipe is unblocked and in good condition, so as to ensure the control accuracy of the mold temperature.
Take out the plastic parts
Molding parts out, according to the size of plastic products, there are automatic fall, manual removal and mechanical hand out of three methods. However, no matter which way of work and the method of taking parts, should ensure that in each work cycle, the parts and casting system material must be completely clean out. Especially in the fully automatic working state of the injection machine, the "take out parts" must be set as the necessary condition to control the injection machine to enter the next working cycle. Otherwise, once there are parts left in the mold injection, injection machine and the next cycle of closing action, in most cases will damage the mold injection, or even make the mold injection serious deformation and scrap, must be given full attention.
Vi. Mold injection cleaning
In the production, the flying edge of plastic products, broken pieces and material carbides will usually stay in the mold injection cavity, then the mold injection cavity must be cleaned, the specific operation is as follows.
(1) the mold injection spending maximum distance, close the mold machine mechanism hydraulic system power supply, and all power sources related to the side axis, open the safety door for cleaning.
Cleaning tools must be used aluminum or copper tools, absolutely do not allow the use of screwdriver, file, wrench and other hard tools, so as not to damage the cavity surface.
(3) mold injection cavity surface, especially in the case of the mirror, shall not casually use hand wipe, such as dirt application soft net cotton cloth wipe clean.
(4) cavity once huaheng, should ask full-time mold injection maintenance workers for grinding processing.
Vii. Observe the working status of mold injection

Always observe whether the action sequence of mold injection is correct, the start and stop of core pulling slider, the accuracy and reliability of positioning and mold locking, whether the sliding part and guiding part of mold injection have serious wear and bite, whether the ejector rod and the return stroke are stuck, broken or the movement is not smooth, and stop the machine immediately if any problem is found.
Eight, rust
Some materials over heat decomposition can produce corrosive gas, causing mold injection rust, this situation usually occurs in the suspension of molding. Therefore, when the molding stops, the mold must be cleaned with a clean soft cloth and closed to prevent corrosion caused by gas generated by other injection machines around. When the molding stops for a long time, wipe the mold cavity, spray anti-rust agent, close the mold injection, apply butter and block the gate.
Ix. Mold unloading and warehousing
After the production of plastic products, the mold injection is thoroughly cleaned, and the cavity surface, key size parts, moving parts and positioning accurate comprehensive and careful inspection, intact, coated with rust inhibitor. According to the procedure opposite to installing the mould, remove the mould and lock it with the locking plate. Sort out all kinds of accessories matching the mold injection, place them together with the mold injection, fill in the use record of the mold injection, and put the mold injection into the warehouse for storage.
